Steven Yeun is an actor born in Seoul, South Korea, in 1983, but he was raised in Michigan, USA. He is best known for his role as Glenn Rhee on the hit TV series The Walking Dead, and his critically acclaimed performance in the film Minari. After graduating from Kalamazoo College with a degree in psychology, Yeun moved to Chicago to pursue his acting career.
He made his breakthrough in 2010, when he was cast in the television show, The Walking Dead, which propelled him to stardom. Since then, he had appeared in numerous films and TV shows, including Okja, Sorry to Bother You, and Invincible. Yeun is also known for his activism and philanthropy work, supporting organizations that advocate for racial justice, immigration rights, and environmental protection.
